If the device is on the LED will will illuminate for 3 seconds, if it's off the LED will not illuminate

Charging the ePen 3 Device:
LED colour denotes level of charge. Green = 40%-100% charged, Amber = 10%-40% charged, Red = less than 10% charged. Whilst charging Green LED = 85%-100% charged, Red solid = less than 85% charged, Red pulsing = less than 10% charged.
